Melva Jean (Hall) Manning

Melva Manning, 76, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, in Bay City, Texas. Born on September 9, 1949, in Freeport, Texas, she was the daughter of Melvin Hall Jr. and Elizabeth Johnson Hall.

She is survived by her husband, Ertis Manning; her children, Demettrice Brinkley (Bryant), Demonica Paulk, Elbert Paulk Jr., and Melanie Austin; her parents, Melvin Hall Jr. and Elizabeth Johnson Hall; and her aunts, Hanna Woods (James) and Betty Brown, as well as her brothers, Herbert Johnson, Wilbert Hall (Wanda), Anthony Hall (LaTile), Reginald Hall (Tammy), and Ellis Hall (Felicia).
