December 20, 1951 – Born in Palacios, Texas to Martha and Archie Davis Sr., the fifth child in the family.
Kenneth attended Sanford Elementary School and later left high school to enlist in the Army, serving from 1970 through 1977. After his military service, he worked as a mechanic and also contributed to home improvement projects. He was employed at Austin Pepsi Cola before moving to Olivia, Texas, where he continued working as a handyman and contractor. Kenneth was known for his dedication to his work, friends, and associates.
He was preceded in death by his father, Archie Sr.; mother, Martha Frances; stepfather, V. Matthews Sr.; sister, Barbara Peters; brothers Paul, Archie, JD, and Willie; and beloved puppies, Maxx and Lillie.

Hurburt Davis Sr., Betty (Donald) Sanford, Vernon Matthews Jr. (Cindy), a host of relatives, nieces, nephews—all special friends—and Jenny French.
